C.A. Technologies Lynx Spray Gun

The C.A. Technologies Lynx is CAT's mid-line full-size spray gun — the everyday production workhorse that sits between the compact touch-up guns and the flagship Jaguar. Like the Jaguar it's a single platform offered across conventional (C) and compliant HVLP (H) atomization, in 100-, 200-, and 300-series output levels, with both siphon/gravity and pressure-feed cap options. The 100-series covers general finishing at 0.5–1.8 mm tips; the 200-series steps up to bigger 1.1–1.4 mm+ tips and higher fluid speeds for heavier industrial materials; and the higher-output 300-series moves the most material for production work. The Lynx 100CM build runs large 1.8–2.8 mm tips for adhesives, sealers, and high-viscosity coatings, and an internal-mix configuration is available for multi-component and fast-setting materials. Fluid passages are built in 17-4PH and 300-series stainless for waterborne and corrosive-coating durability, and the platform shares a common set of service parts so one stock of wear items covers the whole range.
