C.A. Technologies Jaguar Spray Gun

The C.A. Technologies Jaguar is CAT's flagship full-size gravity-feed spray gun — a single forged platform offered in conventional, HVLP-compliant, super-low-pressure (SLP), and abrasive-resistant configurations so one familiar gun body covers nearly every finishing job in the shop. The 100-series is the everyday workhorse; the higher-output 300-series moves more material for production work and heavier coatings. Conventional (C) builds deliver maximum atomization and the widest material range; HVLP (H) builds meet compliant transfer-efficiency rules at the cap; the SLP build runs even lower cap pressure for the softest, most controlled fine-finish patterns; and the 100CVT carbide/abrasive build handles gelcoat, adhesives, and high-solids texture without premature wear. Every Jaguar uses the same stainless fluid path for waterborne compatibility, accepts 700 mL and 1000 mL gravity cups, and shares a common service-parts platform — so a single repair kit and one set of wear parts support the whole family. Air caps and fluid nozzles are matched by tip size from 0.5 mm fine-finish tips up through 2.8 mm carbide tips for the heaviest materials.
