BGK offers the time tested Series 1500 Reciprocator, which has been the workhorse in the industry for over 50 years. The reciprocator’s compact design provides a smooth, consistent motion, to perfectly blend spray patterns, for a quality finish every time. With horizontal or vertical models, multiple stroke lengths and a variety of standard options, you can create the perfect reciprocator to fit your finishing needs. The Series 1500 Reciprocator is designed to operate with a continuously running chain around two sprockets. The chain carries a carriage, which rides inside, on the main structure-formed V-channel walls. The structure’s housing provides BGK SERIES 1500 RECIPROCATOR protection from the drive and carriage mechanisms. A removable cover provides easy access for to serviceable parts. A convenient hose track is attached to the carriage and machine to carry both the air and fluid hoses to assist with hose management. Built to last, the Series 1500 Reciprocator has 4” diameter v-groove casters to provide ease of machine movement. The foot brake, formed tracks and adjustable motor base, make this a durable unit for years of use.
